The price for each Product is shown on beautybydavinia.co.uk and includes V.A.T at 20%. All prices are in £GBP Pounds Sterling (UK Pounds), but may exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Please note that Beauty by Davinia reserves the right to change our prices at any time. We always try to make sure that the prices on beautybydavinia.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur and we will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions or human error.
This website accepts PayPal and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. You may send your credit card information securely via the Internet as our online processing is undertaken by PayPal a recognised leader in secure online payment processing. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is placed. Payment will show on your statement as PAYPAL*HOLISHEALTH or PAYPAL*HOLISTICHEALTHBEAUT. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Davinia Gomes T/A Holistic Health & Beauty, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.
This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' - as a result, Beauty by Davinia reserve the right to decline any order received.
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us in accordance with these terms and conditions. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order (Order Acknowledgement). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Acceptance of your order will take place and the sale contract between us (Contract) will be formed when we despatch the ordered Products to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or canceling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
When you place an order you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. Please check that all details are correct. If not please contact us immediately.
Beauty by Davinia hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement, on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods. Provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. and at your own cost and risk. Our liability in connection with any Product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
When you return a Product to us (for instance, because you have cancelled the Contract between us, or have notified us that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case; within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective Product.
All notices given by you to us must be given via email@example.com . We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, please email us a notice of cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the goods to us; we appreciate if they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available
Delivery & Returns
Our site is intended for use by people worldwide however delivery can only be made in the UK.
Your order will only be processed if your credit card billing address and card security code can be verified by our credit card payment acquisition company. Only at our discretion will we ship to a separate delivery address. Orders are despatched using Royal Mail First or Second class delivery.
Orders are currently despatched carriage free. Please note our free service is by Royal Mail First or Second Class Recorded delivery. If we don't use recorded delivery you are unable to track these items although we do obtain a Certificate of Postage in every case. If your order is urgent, we recommend that you upgrade to Guaranteed next day delivery, Parcelforce 24 or 48. We will endeavour to despatch your order by First or Second class mail within three days of receipt of the order. You will normally receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. We may send some of the items in more than one package if some items are not in stock.
A card will be normally be put through your door advising that delivery has been attempted, and telling where your parcel has been taken.
if you have not received your order, in the first instance, please check with your local sorting office to see if your parcel is being held there, even if you have not received a card through your letter box. If the parcel is being held, the Royal Mail will only arrange re-delivery with you the addressee, they will not allow us to do this on your behalf.
If your parcel is not being held there then please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name and we will try to track your item for you.
Please note, if there is no one in when your order is delivered and it is taken back to the delivery office and not collected by you, we reserve the right to pass on the original postage cost when the goods are returned to us when making a refund.
Despite our very best efforts, even First Class mail may take several days to get to you. Unfortunately this is out of our control. We all have memories of industrial action with the postal and transport network system. Often very little notice is given and we ask that you are patient. Bank Holidays and Christmas are also another unreliable time with early closing of services for an often extended period of time.
We send by recorded delivery/obtain Certificates of Posting as a record for all despatched orders mainly because we know Royal Mail sometimes has difficulties in meeting its own targets but also, sadly, because some people are dishonest.
We will of course send you a replacement order if yours goes missing. Royal Mail will not treat an item as missing until 14 days have passed. Returns and Cancellation policy
We accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in their original, unopened, unused and as new condition within fourteen days from the day after you receive the goods. Please let us know that you will be returning the goods within 7 working days starting the day after delivery. You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after delivery of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 30 days of your cancellation. The cost of postage & packaging for returning the goods will be charged to the customer unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will reimburse the postage cost for the return to you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note - should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we can only accepts items for replacement or exchange that are not opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Beauty by Davinia as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods.
We recommend getting adequate insurance for your return in case of loss in the post.
